Applications After 3D Printing

For almost every 3D printing technology, the final processing takes time and limits efficiency. Uniway solutions for your 3D post-print processes have been developed so that you can consistently produce quality results with less time and effort.

3D DLP Printing Technology

Uniway has made the system’s disadvantages to the advantage by making a rational innovation in the working system of known 3D printing technologies. The discovery of Uniway engineering that produces solutions to conventional problems in 3D printing technologies is expressed as groundbreaking technology.

Washing

Washing with IPA & Shampoo

3D parts are thoroughly rinsed at this stage and every little detail is perfectly cleaned. The washing process helps you to get perfect casting results by getting rid of unwanted chemical wastes.

Drying & Curing

Cool Vacuum Drying

It is aimed to remove the water residues remaining on the product surface after washing, to improve the surface quality and to obtain much better casting results by keeping the products in the dryer for a certain period of time in an oxygen-free dryer with a certain temperature.

UV Post Curing

Developed in accordance with the Uniway JetCast resin formula, Uniway Cure provides 100% dryness in all fine details of the model. It uses heat and UV light to bring 3D parts to their highest structural properties and dimensional accuracy.

3D high quality structural and dimensional accuracy and curing technology that ensures light reflectors evenly placed on the facades of the device allow UV light to reach all surfaces of the part for consistent curing.

Burnout Process

  • Load flask into a pre-heated oven.
  • The oven temperature is brought to 230 * (degree mark) after 1 hour and kept at constant temperature for 1 hour.
  • The oven temperature is increased from 230 degrees to 750 degrees at the end of the 3rd hour.
  • Load is kept at 750 degrees for about 3 hours.
  • The temperature is reduced to 710 -720 degrees and casting is done in this range.
