Uniway JetCast Resin is the resin with the highest candle rate among all known products. Thanks to the high candle rate in it’s formula, it allows very easy processing and perfect results to be performed during the post-production phase, if the proposed casting procedure is followed.
It is very important that the printing surface is smooth for excellent casting quality. Thanks to the Uniway Top-Down hardware array, the high resolution UV light is reflected directly on the resin without any layers of glass, plexiglass or silicone-like. The fact that light is reflected directly in the printing platform prevents possible light breaks, providing high metrics of accuracy.
Light that does not experience any refraction ensures that the surface quality of the corners and edges on the product is very clear and sharp, and also round form models are high. The UV light reflected from the refraction exhibits high sharpness capability, allowing the production of details up to 0.010 micron thin.
Thanks to the Uniway Top-Down hardware array, products with high metrics accuracy have a flexible structure that will not break easily when produced with the high candle ratio Uniway JetCast Resin. The designs, where it can be descended up to 0.018 microns between details, gain moveable function after printing and provide great convenience in post-printing production stages such as easy stone setting and easy support removal thanks to its flexible structure.
Easy Stone Setting
Uniway Top-Down hardware array is required, reflecting UV light directly onto the printing platform provides high dimensional accuracy. The products coming out of all Uniway models working with Uniway JetCast Resin, which has the high wax standards used, have the same size, quality and weight. Thus, it is quite easy to arrange stones of the same size on products with the same structure.
With the movement of the printing platform in the direction of gravity, the fact that the products lined up on the table stand on their feet instead of upside down, ensures that the products are produced with less support and using less resin. By making use of the lifting force of the resin, the products on the platform can be kept standing with much thinner support elements. In this way, the support elements can be easily cleaned by hand without the need for any cutting tool.

Light Support Structure
Uniway 3D wax printing technology, unlike other wax technologies, allows gap filling application in the support area of the model. With the solvent chemical penetrating into the deeper parts of the support area, the post-printing process time is shortened and the efficiency achieved is increased.
